It has a pre-focused heat pattern that provides 800 watts of heat from a metal-sheathed element to bathe the entire holding surface, maintaining serving temperature for a longer period of time without continuing to cook the food. Wire guards protect the heating element without affecting heat distribution.

Side-mounted toggle controls are simple to operate and provide one level of heat, so you can be sure your staff does not overheat your foods.
