This strip warmer is perfect for use in your cafeteria, restaurant, banquet hall, buffet line, or anywhere that you need to keep prepared foods piping hot and fresh for your customers. It has a pre-focused heat pattern that provides 800 watts of heat from a metal-sheathed element to bathe the entire holding surface, maintaining serving temperature for a longer period of time without continuing to cook the food. Wire guards protect the heating element without affecting heat distribution.

Side-mounted infinite controls allow you to adjust the heat level so that you can choose what works best for the food you are serving. The warmer's sturdy aluminum housing provides durability and eliminates the risk of "sagging" in the middle, making it ideal for a busy kitchen environment.
