The shipping cost provided on the listings is only an estimate. Once the order is placed, we will get an accurate shipping quote and charge the difference if necessary. You can call or email us before placing an order for an accurate shipping quote. 

There are additional charges for the following:

A) Lift Gate Service (Lowers Item To the Ground from the Truck) $50

B) Residential Delivery: $100

C) Set Delivery Appointment: $15 - 24 hr call ahead with set time delivery

D) Call for Quote: NEW YORK, East Coast, Military bases, government facilities, churches, schools, day cares, camp sites, farms, hotels, golf courses/clubs, country clubs, hospitals, retirement/nursing homes, shopping malls, some islands, inside delivery, commercial areas with limited access. 

**There are NO ADDITIONAL charges if you are picking the item up from our warehouse location and we are glad to help you load the item. Please bring rope or tie downs to fasten the item securely, we DO NOT supply any.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and your location. Freight Shipping is crated on a pallet. Posted Freight is to a commercial address, without lift gate service. Lift Gate Service is the service provided by the freight carrier, in which lowers the item to the ground when it arrives at the specified delivery location. Heavy items usually require this service if the location does not have a Loading Dock or a Forklift available. The item(s) are dropped at the location only and NOT brought inside. If you require assistance with unloading the item, you will need to request the appropriate services prior or after checkout. If the services are not requested accordingly, the freight carrier may not deliver your item or delivery may be delayed.

Receiving item(s) should be checked prior to signing the drivers form at the time of delivery. Once item is received and signed for all liabilty is released and assumed by the buyer. No Item will be "returnable due to damage" if it is accepted and signed for.
