Mike’s Restaurant Supply Policies

Returns

Mike's Restaurant Equipment & Supply wil not be liable for any reason and does not guarantee condition of any item. All used items are final sale "as is and where is". FOB Mike's Restaurant Supply Warehouse. 

Mike's Restaurant Supply itself does not offer any warranty on any item. All warranties, if applicable, are processed and upheld by the Manufacturer of said item(s).  

Mike’s Restaurant Supply does not accept returns on USED equipment. Used equipment is sold as is and without warranty. All our used equipment is tested before it is listed, and then again after it is sold to the customer. If the customer is present at time of purchase, the equipment will be tested in front of the customer. After the equipment leaves our facility, the customer takes full responsibility for the equipment, which includes repairs.

Mike’s Restaurant Supply does not accept returns on NEW equipment. If an exception is made, the equipment must still be in brand new condition, in its original packaging, and NEVER used. If the exception is made, there will be a minimum of 15% restock fee if the item is returned within 15 days of purchase. If the return is accepted after 15 days of purchase, there will be a minimum of 25% restock fee. No equipment will be accepted after 30 days of purchase. If the equipment has been used, it is no longer in new condition, therefore no return exception will be made. 

If the customer requests a refund due to a brand new factory defective piece of equipment, they must first contact the manufacturer to request a warranty service. If the manufacturer cannot provide warranty service, Mike’s Restaurant Supply reserves the right to inspect the unit to confirm its defect. If the customer denies Mike’s Restaurant Supply the right to inspect the unit before issuing a refund, Mike’s Restaurant Supply will not issue a refund or accept the product back. 

Warranty

Mike’s Restaurant Supply DOES NOT OFFER WARRANTY on NEW or USED equipment. 

When purchasing brand new equipment, warranty, if any, is offered by the manufacturer of the equipment. It is the responsibility of the customer to get warranty information from the manufacturer and to keep all records for warranty services, including serial number and proof of purchase. Mike’s Restaurant Supply is not responsible for keeping serial numbers on file or any information for the equipment purchased.

Shipping

Mike’s Restaurant Supply can assist the customer with their shipping requests.

  • If we help set up shipping for the customer, an additional shipping fee will be added to the customer’s invoice. 
  • If we help set up shipping for the customer, there will be NO INSIDE DELIVERY; curbside delivery only will be offered. 
  • The delivery driver will not help unpackage or assemble the equipment. 
  • The delivery driver will not help put the equipment inside the door. 
  • It is the customers responsibility to measure all entryways to make sure the equipment they purchase will fit in their building prior to delivery.

If the customer requires inside delivery, Mike’s Restaurant Supply can recommend a third party delivery service. The customer is responsible to coordinate with the third party and pay the third party directly for their services. Mike's Restaurant Supply is not responsible for any fees due or services offered by the third party. 

The customer can pick up the equipment from Mike’s Restaurant Supply’s warehouse or their local vendor’s warehouse for no additional costs. Mike’s Restaurant Supply will assist in loading the product into the customer’s vehicle. Mike’s Restaurant Supply is not responsible for any damages done to the vehicle. Mike’s Restaurant Supply is not responsible for securing the equipment onto the vehicle or supplying ropes or straps. The customer is responsible for securing and transporting the equipment safely to its destination. After the items are loaded onto the vehicle, the customer is responsible for any damages that may occur during transportation.
