The San Jamar P9724 self-service condiment center dispenses sauces from two 21⁄2-quart jars with Ultra Pumps. A 1-ounce portion is provided by the pumps through a single stroke, and four 1-quart inserts hold toppings like tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and shredded cheese. Product contamination is prevented since the inserts are covered by lids, and with their notched design, they close around the clear spoons. Jars and inserts are removable for cleaning, while guests can identify stored product since a label packet is included. The center is made of durable, rust-resistant stainless steel.
