The tedious upkeep of a buffet can be a challenge, especially when it comes to continuous refilling, retaining a steady temperature, and avoiding burn damage. This EcoBurner is compatible with EcoServe GN and Round waterless chafers and eliminates the need for high-maintenance water and single-use fuel sources. It uses up to 75% less carbon than alternative chafer heating sources and leaves no residue on cookware. As a rapid-heating, adjustable, non-electric heat source that warms up in less than 10 minutes, it can burn for up to 5 hours when used on the MAX setting and 7.5 hours on the reduced setting. It is windproof and it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use! Plus, this sustainable burner eliminates the close proximity of open chemicals near food.

The EcoBurner will reduce workplace injuries and ensure a safer work environment. Staff will no longer be exposed to toxic fumes, work with hot burners, or carry around hot water.
