3. Services we do NOT provide:

Mike’s Restaurant Supply does not provide the services below. The customer should NOT ask the delivery driver for inside delivery at the time of delivery. Customers that receive inside delivery will be charged an additional fee. The carrier determines that fee.

4. DAMAGES

Units must be inspected at the time of delivery for any visual damage. If you notice the pallet is broken or the item has visual damage, refuse the item, note on the Bill Of Lading and take photos. This is the only way to get the customer a refund. Carriers will not accept responsibility for any damage after the item has been accepted and signed for.
