It features soft-start agitation technology, which provides a soft transition to higher speeds without spilling the contents. To prevent overmixing of product, a 20-minute timer ensures proper mixing time. Its Shift-on-the-Fly™ controls can be adjusted by the user to change speeds while the mixer is still running, and its automatic time recall will remember the last timer setting. Constructed of durable stainless steel, the 60-quart, swing-out mixing bowl features a bowl guard with a safety interlock that prevents the mixer from starting when it is not in position.
