The Imperial Range open burner range is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! With 6 open cast iron burners, this unit's spacious cooktop allows you to cook up to six stock pots or fry pans full of product at the same time. Each 40,000 BTU burner is equipped with anti-clogging technology and is removable for easier cleaning.


Boasting a stainless steel exterior with welded, polished, stainless steel seams and elevated on sturdy Casters, this unit provides outstanding durability in your busy commercial establishment. Featuring a cabinet in the base rather than an oven, you can use easily store cooking tools, pots and pans, and other supplies that you need close at hand. Additionally, the large 5" landing edge offers ample space for convenient plating. This unit requires a natural gas connection.
