The Hatco GRAHL-36D3 Glo-Ray® high-wattage infrared strip warmer should be installed in a holding area to keep cooked food warm until it is served. With its infrared heating system, the unit does not dry out food or keep cooking it, instead warming it evenly. So it can warm larger spaces than standard one-rod units, the unit has two heater rod sections, and insulation is integrated into the housing to prevent heat from escaping to areas other than the holding space below.

Shatter-resistant incandescent lights in the Hatco GRAHL-36D3 infrared foodwarmer provide visibility in the holding area, so it can be used for displays. Wire guards under the hot components lower burn risks without changing the heat pattern, and the housing is made of sag-resistant aluminum for strength and durability.
