The electric griddles have independent zone controlled heating that allows the operator to use any variety of heat settings from maximum grilling temperature to low warming and holding temperature. Spectrum Electric Griddles are NSF, CUL and UL approved. This countertop griddle features three independently controlled heat zones to utilize space for high volume orders and save energy when cooking small batches. Great for cooking burgers, pancakes, eggs and a variety of other foods.
