NEW 31" Griddle and Broiler Combo 102K BTU Stainless Connerton A-1F #6693

Unique over / under broiling system where heat is applied to both sides of the product simultaneously with two sets of burners totaling 102,000 BTU. One set is under the broiling griddle which is thermostatically controlled. The other set is above the broiling griddle and is infrared radiant type, producing a penetrating heat. The top griddle receives it’s heat from the broiler top burners. Volume production is achieved in small amount of floor and hood space.
