Designed with a bottom mounted 1/4 HP compressor for efficiency. Includes 5 adjustable and removable wire shelves to suit merchandise of any size.

1. FREIGHT PROGRAM - Required for most shipments.

Lift gate delivery (lowers item to the ground)........................ $75.00
Freight fees are subject to terms and conditions. Remote area surcharge is applied to deliveries to less accessible locations beyond the carrier’s standard and extended area.

2. ADDITIONAL CHARGES PER SHIPMENT

Below additional shipping charges should be requested at time of purchase. The customer shall be responsible for any extra charges below if the customer requests or received services from the carrier directly without prior notice to Mike's Restaurant Supply

3. Services we do NOT provide:

Mike’s Restaurant Supply does not provide the services below. The customer should NOT ask the delivery driver for inside delivery at the time of delivery. Customers that receive inside delivery will be charged an additional fee. The carrier determines that fee.

4. DAMAGES

Units must be inspected at the time of delivery for any visual damage. If you notice the pallet is broken or the item has visual damage, refuse the item, note on the Bill Of Lading and take photos. This is the only way to get the customer a refund. Carriers will not accept responsibility for any damage after the item has been accepted and signed for.

**There are NO ADDITIONAL charges if you are picking the item up from our warehouse location and we are glad to help you load the item. Please bring rope or tie downs to fasten the item securely, we DO NOT supply any.
