Metro C539-CFC-U Description

The Metro C539-CFC-U full-height insulated cabinet uses heat and humidity to keep food at safe, ready-to-serve temperatures. It operates from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit—when the temperature is 95 degrees Fahrenheit, the relative humidity is 95 percent. The control module is mounted on the bottom and can be removed when upgrades are available. A digital thermometer and recessed dial knobs on the module simplify operation.

As many as (18) 18-inch by 26-inch pans fit in the cabinet on universal wire slides. Durable for high-volume use, the Metro C539-CFC-U full-height, mobile heated cabinet is made of polymer that resists dents, scuffs, and stains. Insulation keeps heat inside the unit, reducing energy consumption and ensuring the exterior is cool to the touch. Casters enable the cabinet to be moved around easily, while vertical handles provide a convenient way to steer the unit.
