Cres Cor K-1218 Kold Keeper trays act like cold packs in banquet cabinets, non-heated holding cabinets, or enclosed pan racks, to help hold cold foods, desserts, and beverages at desired serving temperatures.

Thanks to their specially formulated and permanently sealed refrigerant chemical, Kold Keeper trays provide up to 4 hours of cold storage when pre-frozen for 8 to 12 hours. Two Kold Keepers will fit in the same rack space as one full size, 18" x 26" sheet pan.
