Featuring a powerful 2 hp motor, this combination food processor is capable of chopping, grinding, and emulsifying a wide array of ingredients or perfectly slicing and dicing fruits and vegetables. The large capacity, 8 qt. / 7.5 liter brushed stainless steel bowl is built with a soft touch handle for maximum comfort and efficiency. To save time and add even more user comfort, this processor is also equipped with an automatic, lever-operated restart and comes with (1) 3 mm (1/8'') grating disc and (1) 3 mm (1/8'') slicing disc.

Compact and versatile, this combination food processor comes with a vegetable prep attachment, designed with both a large hopper that is ideal for cutting bulky vegetables like cabbage or tomatoes and a cylindrical hopper for delicate cuts of longer fruits or veggies. It can be used at variable speeds from 300 to 3500 RPM.

This processor is built with a convenient scarper arm that scrapes the lid and edges of the bowl during use. For even greater precision, it also features a timer with a countdown and stopwatch function for hassle-free, standardized results with any of your recipes! Additional results may be achieved with the use of one of the available 52 discs (sold separately). This unit requires a 120V connection for operation.
